estate experience, Scott and Pamela Kliewer, owners of Windermere Silicon

A realtor since 1986 and a real estate
broker since 1990, Scott’s experience in the local market began
in 1992 as he became responsible at the inception of Silver Creek Valley
Country Club for developing the resale home sales program while selling
the custom homes and homesites of the community. Scott successfully sold
the first resale home in SCVCC in 1994 and has personally closed over
$320 million dollars of residential real estate in SCVCC through 2007.
Assisting all company agents to develop their potential while achieving

Pamela has been involved in the residential
real estate industry since 1977. Pamela’s corporate background spanned
15 years working for the largest new home sales brokerage firm in northern
California. For eight years she served as Senior Vice President and acting
chief financial officer. In 1992 she stepped into a sales management role
serving a variety of clients including Shea Homes, the developer of Silver
Creek Valley Country Club. Pamela’s expertise in sales management
culminated with being named Northern California Sales Manager of the Year
in 1997 by the Builders’ Industry Association.
With extensive experience and a commitment
to the local community, Scott and Pamela founded Windermere Silicon Valley
Properties in 2001 at the local shopping center and have led the company
to become the leading residential brokerage of Silver Creek and Evergreen
with over $2 billion in closed sales. |
